Title:
WIRELESS THERMAL ELECTRON SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016118542
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor capable of performing continued operation in an extreme environment, for example, a high temperature environment, a high-pressure environment, and/or an environment containing a corrosive gas.SOLUTION: A thermal electron element 100 is disclosed in which a thermal electron sensor is disposed in a sensor housing that at least partially defines a discharge chamber in which a vacuum state is maintained. In the discharge chamber, a cathode 110, an anode 120 spaced by the cathode 110, and the thermal electron sensor having an electrically conductive layer that faces the anode 120 and the cathode 110. The thermal electron sensor is configured to output a detection signal when a temperature of the anode 120 is substantially the same as that of the cathode 110.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
