To exhibit sufficiently an interleave effect on a signal to a wide band receiving apparatus when transmitting control information to a narrow band receiving apparatus and wide band receiving apparatus from a common resource.
A wireless base station device performs bit interleaving after performing the channel coding, for a plurality of PDCCH data destined to a mobile wireless terminal device of clssification-y of a wide band, then the interleave in whole size of PDCCH is performed in size of CCE unit. Afterward, a plurality of PDCCH data destined to a mobile wireless terminal device of classification-x of a narrow band is multiplexed in an open area produced in CCE unit to perform an interleave of band width of each component. In the mobile wireless terminal device of each classification-x, y being a receiving side, a procedure reverse to the above interleave is performed to detect the PDCCH data.
