PURPOSE: To independently recognize mutual signals by mutually communicating in a plurality of channels, and calling a recognized person by visual information and bodily sensation of vibration.
CONSTITUTION: A facing case body 10 is held in the position of a breast pocket making contact with the body of a deaf-and-dumb person, one wireless machine 9 is separated from the facing case body 10 of vibration generating part, and put in a jacket pocket where it can be quickly taken out of the deaf-and-dumb person body through a connecting cable 11 to receive a call signal. The oscillating modes of the wireless sets 9 used by five deaf-and-dumb persons are separately set to five types of C-G, and the same device set are also carried by two leaders A and B, and set to oscillating modes A, B, respectively. The leader A pushes the transmission button of the wireless set 9, whereby the signal of the oscillation mode A is transmitted, the wireless set 9 of each deaf- and-dumb person is received, and a vibration motor 8 built in the facing case body 10 starts rotation to display the identification number A of the leader A on a display 7. Conversely, each of the deaf-and-dumb persons C-G can selectively call the leaders A, B.
