PURPOSE: To receive data sent from a moving station passing a zone boundary in a zone before the zone boundary on the ground by installing a leakage coaxial cable (LCX) overlapping the zone boundary.

CONSTITUTION: In the case where a moving station 6 moves from a zone (a) in the direction of a zone (b), if the station is running in the zone (a), the station receives radio waves from the ground from an LCXa-1, and if the station moves to the zone (b), it receives from an LCX1b, and receiving is not made from an LCX1a-2 due to a band blocking filter 10. Accordingly, if the content of transmission of the zone (a) is made the same with that of the zone (b), the content of data transmission from the ground can be transmitted to the train without omission. In the case where the moving station 6 is close to the zone boundary and makes transmission, messages such as data, etc. can be transmitted to the central device 5 through LCX1a-2, a ground transmitter-receiver 2a and an approach cable 3a during the time required for zone tracking.
