Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain safety and low cost, and to improve the degree of freedom of the place of the cutting of a wire.
CONSTITUTION: The unnecessary section of a wire 4 laid in a case is cut at one place while each cut end section 4b, 4c is bent in the opposite directions. A separator section inserted between each cut end section 4b, 4c of the wire 4 is mounted on the case. Edge sections 11b, 12b cutting the wire 4 from both sides and bending sections 11d, 12d bending each cut end section 4b, 4c in the opposite directions at the same time as cutting are installed as a cutter.
