To provide a wiring connection structure with which current concentration resulting from deviated electric current can be corrected, to provide a method for manufacturing the structure, and to provide an organic EL display device manufactured by using the technology.
The wiring connection structure wherein a resistor for splicing is arranged between a first wiring layer and a second wiring layer is so constituted that a sheet resistance A of the first wiring layer, a sheet resistance B of the second wiring layer, and a sheet resistance C of the resistor for splicing are set so as to satisfy B/A=5-20000 and C/B=0.2-500, and when assuming at least two or more unit regions on the resistor for splicing between the first wiring layer and the second wiring layer, the shape and/or the sheet resistance C in the unit region is made to change. The effective resistance value in the unit region located nearer to the second wiring layer side is larger than the effective resistance value in the unit region located nearer to the first wiring layer side, and more electric current than prescribed current is made to pass between the first wiring layer and the second wiring layer via the resistor for splicing.
