Both the sidewalls of a gutter-shaped main part 20 through which a wiring harness is inserted is separated, so as to divide the main part 20 into two parts in a longitudinal direction and the bottom wall parts of the divided position is connected to each other with a thin hinge 21. Both the divided parts 22 and 23 can be bent with the thin hinge 21 as a fulcrum. Moreover, a fixing means which keeps both the divided parts straight and, furthermore, chassis retaining parts are made to protrude from both the divided parts. The divided parts 22 and 23 are bent and attached to a chassis 11 by inserting the chassis retaining parts into the attachment parts formed in the chassis 11.
