Abstract:
To wire PC steel material suitably even in a narrow installation place when a prestressed concrete structure is constructed by a post tension method.SOLUTION: The wiring method of the PC steel material using a wire device 100 comprises: a bending step of, in a state where a PC steel material 200 is placed along substantially the half circumference of the outer diameter of a main sheave 110 having the curvature corresponding to the PC steel material 200, bending the PC steel material 200 so as to correspond to the shape of the outer diameter of the main sheave 110 so as to bend the PC steel material 200 in the direction of the arrow Y by advancing the PC steel material 200 in the direction of the arrow X in the long longitudinal direction; and an insertion step of inserting the PC steel material 200 in a state separated from the main sheave 110 from the state along the main sheave 110 into a hollow sheath 310 embedded in a concrete structure 300 by advancing the PC steel material 200 in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
