To provide a wiring method for tunnel hydrant devices capable of reducing wiring workload at a site, shortening a wiring work time at the site, and shortening traffic regulation hours as much as possible by dispensing with extention work of a branch line on a cable rack at an installation site and connection work of the branch line to a terminal part in a terminal box.
The wiring method for a tunnel hydrant device 10 includes: connecting one end of a branch line 26 to terminal parts of a communication terminal box 24 and a low-voltage terminal box 25 before a body is carried into a tunnel, pulling out the other end side of the branch line 26 from the body, and attaching the branch line 26 to the body; and, after the body is installed in a blockout 4, connecting the other end of the branch line 26 that has been pulled out from the body, to a signal converter transmission line 5a, a red indicating lamp line 5b, a heater power line 5c, and a disaster-prevention earthing conductor 5d.
