Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a safety when an incomplete connection of electric wire connecting parts or an abnormal heat generation of an equipment is generated.
SOLUTION: By forming at least a part of a current-carrying part 9 constituting an electroconductive circuit by a thermoplastic electroconductive resin composition, and the electroconductive resin composition is fused by a temperature rise, and thereby a conduction becomes impossible. By this, the electroconductive resin composition is melted by the heat generation in an incomplete contact condition and the electroconductive circuit is opened, thereby the safety can be secured. Further, because wiring parts are constituted by the electroconductive resin composition, the degree of freedom of the shape is increased compared with those of traditional metallic materials. Furthermore, because a part of the current-carrying part 9 formed by the thermoplastic electroconductive resin composition constitutes a fuse part 12, the electroconductive circuit gets fused to be opened by the heat generation even when a current exceeding an allowed value is applied from outside.
