Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the technology for easily obtaining wiring paths which pass the desired positions.
CONSTITUTION: Formation of wiring path passing the desired points can be realized by setting virtual points to the desired positions in the unwired sections and then determining wiring paths using the preset virtual points as the starting points for searching wiring paths. Moreover, wiring patterns passing the wiring layers having the highest priority are intentionally formed by setting the virtual points to the wiring layer having the highest priority and thereby repair of wiring layer of multilayer wiring can be done very easily.
