To provide a wiring staple with which electric wiring can be laid at a desired position even after urethane is sprayed on concrete wall while preventing the electric wiring from coming out easily even when it is laid on soft wall of urethane or styrol.

The wiring staple is constituted of a paunch portion for clamping the wiring 2, and needle portions provided on the opposite sides of the paunch portion and having forward ends sticking in a soft wall material 11 for securing the wiring 2 wherein the needle portions extending straight from the opposite sides of the paunch portion are bent at a predetermined position. Forward ends of the needle portion are stuck in the soft wall material 11 and the wiring 2 is clamped between the paunch portion and the soft wall material 11 thus securing the wiring 2 to the soft wall material 11.
