Title:
WIRING STRUCTURE OF MOTOR-DRIVEN DOOR MIRROR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001253296
Kind Code:

Abstract:

To provide a wiring structure of motor-driven door mirror requiring no waterproofing processing, capable of preventing its wire harness and connector from movement in the vertical direction without using any fixing means such as a screw, clip, etc., allowing the connector to be installed on a base for mounting the door mirror in such a condition that the connector is prevented from rotating, and capable of lessening the length of the wire harness so that it can be laid around without unreasonable requirement.

A pair of ribs 12a and 12b confronting each other are installed on the inner surface 7b of a cylindrical portion 7 of a base 6 for mounting a door mirror whereon the body 5 of door mirror is installed, and a connector (for example, male connector 16) connected with the wire harness of a motor- driven unit installed in the mirror body 5 is installed fast in the cylindrical portion 7 of the base 6 with the aid of the ribs 12a and 12b.
