To arrange a wiring for a rotary electric machine in a manner having an appropriate positional relationship with a rotating member in a limited space in a case.SOLUTION: A wiring structure for a rotary electric machine includes a case (402) having an opening for passing a rotating member extending in the axial direction, a rotary electric machine (40) provided in the case and having one or more first terminals (42), one or more second terminals (522) provided in the case and electrically connected to a power conversion device, and a relay member (70, 70A) fixed around the opening in the case and having one or more conductors (90) that electrically connect one or more first terminals and one or more second terminals.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
