The body pannel 11 has escape throughholes 22 and a location throughhole 21, and a wire harness is fixed with clips 12 corresponding to the above throughholes 21, 22, respectively. After a locking hook 19 of the clip 12 is pushed into the insertion port 23 of the escape throughhole 22, the wire harness is deformed to a locking port 24 formed together with the port 23 so that the wire harness keeps the locked state. The clip 12 is inserted into the above location throughhole 21 while keeping the strained state of the wire harness, then the locking hook 19 of the clip 12 is elastically locked and the wire harness can be fixed. When the wire harness is detached, if only the locking hook of the clip 12 at the location throughhole 21 is forced to detach, the clip 12 of the escape throughholes 22 become movable from the locking port 24 to the insertion port 23 and the wire harness can be easily detached.
