A gear 171 and a mounting fixture 152 for a front basket 151 are fitted to a steering shaft 11. A motor 161 and a control device 162 are fitted to a frame 13 by a mounting fixture 18, and the gear 171 is fitted to a rotary shaft of the motor 161. The control device 162 calculates shaking torque which is generated by a shake of the front basket 151 and transmitted to the steering shaft 11. Motor torque for canceling the shaking torque is generated by the motor 161, and applied to the steering shaft 11 via the gears 171, 172 to cancel the shaking torque.
