Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prolong the lifetime of an ion exchange resin and reduce the maintenance/management costs by furnishing a direct touch type deaerator device between a condenser and an ion exchange type water processing device, and removing the dissolved gas from the mixture water of the condensate and service water. CONSTITUTION:Mixture water 8 sprinkled over the fill layer 22A of a direct touch type deaerator device 22 flows divergently to the branch passage 26 side by a variable damper 23 and makes encounter touch directly with the air off gas 1g which is fed from below the fill layer 22A via a piping 24. The mixture water 8 touches phosphoric acid in the gas 1g to cause hydrocarbon ions to turn into coal dioxide gas and also chlorine ions to turn into HCl gas due to high temp. This also enhances the aeration effect, which promotes release of the coal dioxide gas and HCl gas to the air off gas side where the gas partial pressure is low, and the substance is stored in an aux. water tank 12 as a mixture water 28 whose saturated dissolutive concentration of the two gases has sunk to a great extent.
