Abstract:
To provide a wood-like molding manufacturing apparatus capable of shortening a processing period. A pellet manufacturing apparatus 4, which is constituted so as to form a particulate solidified material from cellulosic fine powdery particles and a thermoplastic resin, is equipped with kneading parts 42A and 43A for kneading and melting the cellulosic fine powdery particles and the thermoplastic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene or the like to obtain a mixed material, an extrusion part 42B for extruding the mixed material and a cutting means 40A for cutting the extruded mixed material into a pellet-like shape. These kneading, extrusion and cutting are performed by one apparatus. The extrusion and cutting processes can be performed immediately after the kneading process and a series of work processes are shortened to shorten an execution period. Additionally, waste wood discarded by the dismantled building and the like can be easily obtained and used to produce the cellulosic fine powdery particles, thus the resource can be recycled, and the efficient utilization of the resource can be achieved.
