Title:
WOOD PELLET FUEL COMBUSTION SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3950922
Kind Code:
B
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood pellet fuel combustion system capable of preventing incomplete combustion and clinker generation by effectively collecting ash generated in combustion.
SOLUTION: During primary combustion, ash disposal gears 24, 25 are rotated at a given time interval to send out generated ash downward through a slit 26a of each ash disposal plate 26 to temporarily keep the ash on ash disposal doors 30a, 30b. Then, the ash disposal doors 30a, 30b open by the weight of the ash, thereby collecting the ash into an ash collection container 14. This prevents incomplete combustion caused by the ash blocking burner ports 17b for air intake formed in a burner 17, thus maintaining stable combustion.
