Abstract:
To provide a wood processor on which a processing part for processing a wood is entirely covered with a cover, which collects sawdust in the cover with a belt conveyor and a ramp guided to the belt conveyor, and which can collect sawdust scattered inside the cover well.SOLUTION: Inclination of a first ramp 5A provided on one side of a first belt conveyor 3A is formed into three stages. On a rear surface of the ramp having a largest inclination, a piston vibrator 41 is fitted via a member 42 having a cross section of a squared-U shape. The first ramp 5A is supported by a ramp support plate 43. In addition, the ramp support plate 43 and the ramp support plate 43 are coupled by a support plate coupling plate 44. A compressed air to be supplied to the piston vibrator 41 is adjusted to a prescribed pressure by a pressure adjusting valve and moistened with oil by a lubricator, and its pressure variation is eliminated by a flow rate adjusting valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
