SOLUTION: A wood protective agent of impregnation or semi-film formation type includes a pigment having a maximum absorption wavelength in the visible light range in a range of 0.1-10,000 ppm.EFFECT: When wood protective agent of impregnation or semi-film formation type is applied to a wood material, specific wavelength light is absorbed while the wood material is impregnated with the wood protective agent, thereby color tone of the wood material can be emphasized without damaging skin touch and aroma inherent in wood material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
