Abstract:
To provide a wooden clog suitable for training.SOLUTION: A wooden clog 1 that comprises a base part 2 having a mounting surface 2a for mounting the sole, a tooth 3 and a thong 4, in which: in the mounting surface 2a of the base part 2, an almost center in a width direction of a front edge is formed in a projecting curved shape; the whole sole is not mounted but a partial front side of the sole is mounted in a state of wearing the wooden clog 1; the toes project from the front edge of the mounting surface 2a; and the tooth 3 has a ground plane projecting downward from the lower face of the base part 2 and extending in the width direction in almost parallel to the top face of the base part 2, and an inclined plane inclined to the front edge of the base part 2 from the ground plane. With the configuration, the heel is in a state of floating in wearing the wooden clog 1 so that a force acts in a direction where the heel is lowered by performing training such as walking and running. With this, the pelvis is raised to stimulate the greater psoas muscles, and train the arch.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
