Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide joining hardware capable of tightening a joining part of framework without causing play and rickety motion in a joining method for the wooden framework.
SOLUTION: A bolt having a hexagonal head using a lag screw as a shaft and creating length of 30 to 40 mm of a mm bolt at a tip in one body, heavy gage shaped steel, and unequal angle steel are cut to bolt washer width, and bolt holes are drilled in two portions or three portions in accordance with required strength to provide a washer for converting bolt stress by 90°. When strength is required, combination of two washers is used as a T-steel of three hole type or five hole type. When it is necessary to mount the washer on a lag screw shaft, a lag screw nut is manufactured, the nut is locked, and fitting is attached.
