A cross-like groove is formed on a column head part to put down and insert a horizontal timber, and the column head part is tightened in the inside of a radial direction by putting down the horizontal timber. Pairs of horizontal materials sandwiching the column head part is engaged in a mutually unrotatable state, mutually attracted by key dowel locking, and the column head part is tightened to be sandwiched. A semi-spherical projection part is formed on the upper face of a foundation stone 11, a semi-spherical face recess part is provided on the bottom face of a column, the projection part and the recess part are fitted to each other, and the column is set up in a state allowing the inclination and lifting of the column. A plurality of battens 18 are spanned between the columns, a part between the battens is closed by a reinforcing plate 19 to constitute a plate wall 14, and a wooden dowel is interposed between each reinforcing plate and the batten. A plate 29 is attached in a state where horizontal displacement is regulated by an engaging part.
