PURPOSE: To provide a wooden panel framework manufacturing device enabling labor saving in manufacturing the framework of wooden panels for constructing a prefabricated house while improving the accuracy of the framework.

CONSTITUTION: A framework frame 10 for performing framing work is provided with a rectangular frame-shape fixed frame 12 provided on a base 11 so as to regulate the positions of frame materials 1a, 1b and the like, and a first and a second movable rulers 13, 14 orthogonal to each other. On the base 11, there are also provided plate springs 15 for energizing the frame materials 1a, 1b on the base 11 to fix them to the fixed frame 12, the movable rulers 13, 14, and the like. At the time of placing the frame materials 1a, 1b and the like on the base 11, these plate springs 15 are listed by plate spring lifting mechanism provided on a jig base on which the framework frame 10 is placed.
