To automatically stop combustion of a wooden pellet when abnormality occurs in an air flow flowing in a combustion chamber.
In a pellet stove 10, a fuel conveying device 18 conveys the wooden pellet 14 into the combustion chamber 20. A blower 42 generates the air flow which flows from an air supply port 45 into the combustion chamber 30 and is exhausted from a smoke funnel 62. Combustion air is supplied to the wooden pellet 14 in the combustion chamber 30 thereby to burn the wooden pellet 14. In addition, when wind pressure of an air flow which flows in a duct part 43A of the blower 42 is increased to a predetermined set value or more, for example, by a large amount of ashes of the wooden pellet 14 accumulated in the combustion chamber 30 or dust stuck in the smoke funnel 62 and in a gas passage 66, a differential pressure switch 42 operates. A control device 38 stops the operation of the fuel conveying device 18 by this.
