Title:
WOODEN SOUNDPROOF FLOOR BOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08302981
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a wooden soundproof floor board which can be easily manufactured and is inexpensive by adhesively superposing a shock-absorbing material having a wavelike cross section and made of expanded synthetic resin and a shock-absorbing material having an irregular bottom surface and made of expanded synthetic resin successively on the underside of a wooden base board.

CONSTITUTION: A first shock-absorbing material 2 made of expanded synthetic resin and having a profile-processed wavelike cross section is integrally bonded to the underside of a wooden base board 1. Next, a second shock-absorbing material 3 made of expanded synthetic resin and having an irregular bottom surface is bonded, in layers, to the underside of the material 2. An underfloor ground contact surface of the material 3 is preferably coated with synthetic resin, and a plurality of cut grooves are preferably formed in the underside of the board 1. Thus a wooden soundproof floor material, which has high soundproof performance and in which a floor surface is not damaged by a heavy load, can be easily manufactured at low cost.
