The woody biomass heating device includes a lower part container 3 having a combustion chamber 2 burning woody biomass fuel 24, a noncombustible cotton like member 4 provided on an inner circumference face of the lower part container 3, an upper part container 5 provided above the lower part container 3, an outlet 8 discharging air from the upper part container 7, and a suction device 10 connected to the outlet 8. Air is introduced from the outside by the suction device 10 through the noncombustible cotton like member 4, and it is sent to the combustion chamber 2.
