Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient strength even by reducing a thickness of a plate by providing an at least dense layer made of a cement inorganic material and a cured material of a mixture containing a flake and/or wood flour, and a zepher wood layer containing zepher wood as a main body. SOLUTION: A woody cement plate comprises an at least dense layer made of a cement inorganic material and a cured material of a mixture containing a flake and/or wood flour, and a zepher wood layer containing zepher wood as a main body. As the inorganic material, particularly a mixture of cement or the like and a silicic acid-containing substance is preferably used, and a mixing ratio (by weight) of the cement or the like with the substance is preferably 1:2 to 6:1. As the flake, a flake passing an overall network of 30 mm and having a thickness of 1 mm or below and a length of 1 to 5 mm is preferably used. As the wood flour, a wood flour passing an overall network of 5 mm and having a thickness of 1 mm or below and a length of 2 to 5 mm is preferably used. The flake and the flour may be mixed. A thickness of the zepher is normally preferably 1 to 3 mm.
