The woody cement plate comprises three-layer structure including front and rear layers having a dense structure and a core layer having a coarse structure, and a woody reinforcing material dispersed in a matrix of a cement cured material. In this plate, the connecting joint recess is provided on the surface end of two or four sides of the plate, and the cut surface of the recess is disposed in the front layer having the dense structure.
