Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a wooden composite material formed by bending a natural wood decorative panel and pasting the same on a core material, in which crack does not easily occur at bending and the surface of the wooden composite material is hard, and also to provide a natural wood decorative panel manufacturing method used in manufacturing the wooden composite material, and a wooden composite material.SOLUTION: A wooden composite material manufacturing method includes: applying flexible coating on the front surface side of a natural wood decorative panel and forming a flexible coating film (steps S5, S6); applying hard coating on the upper surface of the flexible coating film and forming the hard coating film having higher film surface hardness after drying than the flexible coating film (step S8); forming bending grooves on the rear surface side of the natural wood decorative panel, at portions where the panel is bent (step S11); bending the natural wood decorative panel along the bending grooves so that the bending grooves face the inner side (step S12); and pasting the rear side of the natural wood decorative panel to a core material (step S13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
