This woody decorative panel 2 is constituted of a hard base material 4, a sliced veneer sheet layer 10 which is fixed to the surface of the base material 4 and includes a woody sliced veneer 6, a transparent panel 14 which is molded using a transparent resin so as to give it a predetermined finished product surface shape and fixedly arranged on the sliced veneer sheet layer 10, and a bonding layer 12 which is interposed between the layer 10 and the panel 14, bonded to the layer 10 and the panel 14, and formed of liquid-like or a gel-like transparent resin having wettability to the surfaces of the layer 10 and the panel 14.
