Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody door expressing a circular-arclike curved groove pattern having a much beautiful shape retaining strength becoming a straight line.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the woody door comprises the steps of cutting out a pair of right and left V-grooves 12a from the rear surface of a base 10 laminated with a decorative sheet 11 on its surface to partition a strip part 13 having a predetermined width d on the base 10, cutting out combs 15a to 15f from the rear side of the part 13 so that the ends of relatively rearward raising comb teeth 16a to 16g from the combs 15a to 15f become an overall circular-arclike curved surface 14, coating the interiors of the combs 15a to 15f and the comb teeth 16a to 16g with an adhesive 17, and pressing the part 13 from a reverse front side as the circular-arclike curved groove pattern 22, thereby integrally adhering the teeth 16a to 16g enlarging in the lateral direction of the rear side to a reinforcing aggregate 19 by the adhesive 17.
