Title:
WORK ALIGNING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5926817
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify the constitution of a work aligning device having portions different in diameter in plural directions such as globe retainer (CVJ cage) for a uniform coupling and to facilitate alignment by providing a pair of discs rotating in the opposite direction with the gap between each periphery thereof and feeding a work through the gap from an upper passage wider than the gap to a lower passage narrower than the gap.

CONSTITUTION: A CVJ cage 11 in guide rails 12, 13 is rotated counter-clockwise in a passage 16 by discs 1, 10 rotating in the opposite direction, and fed through the gap between the discs 1, 10 into a lower passage 17. Since the size of rails 14, 15 is a little larger than the width of an elongated opening of the CVJ cage 11, the cage is guided and moved without rolling by the rails 14, 15. In this arrangement, the rotating speed of the disc 10 is made higher than that of the disc 1, so as to smoothly drop the work into the passage 17. Thus, the work can be easily aligned in a simple constitution.
