In each of the right and left rubber tubes 5A, 5B, a preventive tool 13 against slipping down from a shoulder is provided on the portions facing a back. The preventive tool 13 connects the both rubber tubes 5A, 5B, and can adjust a distance between the rubber tubes 5A, 5B. The preventive tool 13 for slipping down from a shoulder is displaced along the rubber tubes 5A, 5B.
