Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work carry-in/out method shortening the time required for carrying in/out a work (seismic isolation rubber) to/from a test machine.
SOLUTION: This work carry-in/out device is provided with a work carriage taking in/out device 22 arranged in a side of the test machine, and a common carriage 23 arranged between the device 22 and the test machine and reciprocated by a common carriage moving device 24. The device 22 reciprocates the work carriage 42 or 43 carrying the work 2 between a first position taking in/out to the test machine from its side and a work processing position in the test machine. The two work carriages 42 and 43 are mounted on the carriage 23. One carriage 42 or 43 is arranged in the first position by the movement of the carriage 23 and at the same time the other carriage 43 or 42 is arranged in the second position for changing the work. This device is characterized in that the work can be exchanged on the other work carriage in the second position from the time when one work carriage is carried in the work processing position to the time carried out to the first position again.
