The work carrying device for carrying a pallet 30, on which a work W is placed, together with the work W comprises usual carriage sections A, C in which the pallet 30 is carried via a belt conveyor 1 and a highly precise carriage section B ranging to the usual carriage sections A, C for carrying the pallet 30 with a highly precise carrying mechanism 5 combining a ball screw device 10 and a linear guide device 14.
