To provide a work clamp which facilitates the exchange of a clamp body and positively carries out the cutting of the clamp body with high accuracy.

The work clamp 1 is formed of the movable clamp body 4 and an output member 5. The movable clamp body 4 is borne by a base 2 and movable in order to fix a workpiece. The output member 5 moves the movable clamp body 4 by relative movement caused by abutment between inclined surfaces 4a, 5a, to thereby fix the workpiece. The movable clamp body 4 has an engaging leg 20 protruding in a direction that crosses the moving direction thereof. Further, the base 2 has an engaging member 22 which is disengageably attached thereto along the moving direction of the movable clamp body 4 engaged with the engaging leg 20 to allow the movement of the movable clamp body 4, and inhibits the uplift of the movable clamp body 4.
