A transfer feeder 41 of a transfer press 1 is provided with: a pair of bars 14 arranged in parallel to a workpiece conveying direction on a moving bolster 30; a feed carrier 52 supported by the bars 14 and movable in the workpiece conveying direction; a clamp carrier 62 supported with the feed carriers 52 and movable in a clamping direction; and a lift carrier 72 supported by the clamp carrier 62 and movable in a lift direction. Since a large driving mechanism is unnecessary, the simplification of the structure can be promoted. Besides, since the whole of the transfer feeder 41 is disposed on the moving bolster 30, the transfer press 1 carried out together with the moving bolster 30 to the on the outside there, thereby facilitating the die exchane operatin.
