Abstract:

PURPOSE: To accurately work a cut line or a fold line in a proper position of a paper sheet or the like by slidably fitting and inserting guide rings in a ring installing shaft so that positions can be changed, and adjusting an interval between a pressure cylinder and the guide rings in an installing part of this ring installing shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A paper sheet 1 or the like sent onto a sewing machine pressure cylinder 9 by passing through carrying part cylinders 7 and 8 from a paper feeding part A of a number printer 3, is sandwiched between a guide roller device 10 and an outer peripheral surface of the sewing machine pressure cylinder from the front end part. In the guide roller device 10, guide rings arranged in prescribed plural places on a ring installing shaft extending in the axial direction of the sewing machine pressure cylinder 9 hold the paper sheet 1 or the like by necessary pressure contact force by pressing down it in a prescribed position of the sewing machine pressure cylinder 9 in the light of the whole breadth of the paper sheet 1 or the like. After cut line or fold line work such as perforations 2 is performed on both side parts of the paper sheet 1 or the like by a vertical sewing machine device 11, the paper sheet 1 or the like sent in a prescribed position of the sewing machine pressure cylinder 9 is sent to the next paper discharge part C according to sending operation of the paper sheet 1 or the like to the downstream side.
