Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work device for a large diameter cylinder part whereby cutting and end face work of the large diameter cylinder part such as core shroud and shroud support cylinder can be performed by remote work, automatically efficiently, further with high accuracy, and easily.
SOLUTION: In work device for a large diameter cylinder part for continuously cutting along a peripheral direction a peripheral wall of the large bore cylinder part fixedly set up with an axial center vertical, the device has a fixed frame 11 fixedly set up horizontally in a lower part in the large diameter cylinder part and a turn frame 12 driven to rotate on the same axial center to the axial center of the large bore cylinder part. The fixed frame has a plurality of level adjustable legs 13, 13a, 13b, in this constitution, through level adjustment by these legs, levelness can be set. On the other hand, the turn frame has a cutting tool unit making turn action integrally therewith, burr removing device 15 for removal generated at cutting time, and a flatness measurement device 16 for measuring flatness of a cutting surface.
