Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work device capable of efficiently shaving and molding a natural ground, when interference occurs between a steel timbering and the natural ground while erecting the steel timbering in tunnel construction work.SOLUTION: In a first solution, a frame base 10 with a rail groove is installed on a floor of a basket 1A and a rail is fitted on the frame base, the rail having a slidable frame support post 11 inserted therethrough. The frame support post stands in a self-supporting manner when a bottom end thereof is in the rail groove and is made rotatable within a certain angle, and is made rotatable freely around the rail when the bottom end is outside the rail groove. A first installation base movable in a vertical direction is provided at a top end of the frame support post, and a second frame rotatable in a right-left direction and the vertical direction is provided on top of the first installation base, for fixing a drill 8. In a second solution, a tunnel construction machine is kept at an erection position when a steel timbering 4 interferes with a natural ground while erecting the steel timbering. After removing the interfering part with the drill, erection work is re-started from the erection position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
