Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making work device capable of easily achieving a configuration which enables safe work without generating any variation in peak value of a holding force or cutting force and without exceeding a predetermined peak value.SOLUTION: The work device is configured in such a manner that an engaging part 8 locked by a locking part 7 and a plurality of engaging part forming pieces 9 having many concave or convex parts formed on a surface facing the locking part 7 in the relative moving direction of a movable part 5 are provided side by side in the width direction of the engaging part forming pieces 9 so as to shift the concave or convex parts of the engaging part forming pieces 9 adjacent to each other in the relative moving direction of the movable part, and many concave or convex engaging locking parts 10 are arranged at parallel intervals narrower than those of the concave or convex parts formed in the engaging part forming pieces 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
