Even if a non-water-permeable film 16 developed by hole wall stabilizing solution exists on the wall surface 2b of the pile hole 2, the filling-up degree of the concrete 1 is heightened by consolidation effect, and the concrete 1 is uniformly distributed from corner to corner on the wall surface 2b of the pile hole, and the ground loosened by excavation is also tampered, and the degree of the concrete in close contact with the ground is heightened, and the peripheral surface frictional-resistance of the pile is increased.
