PURPOSE: To provide excellent durability by creating an adhesive by mixing and kneading unsaturated plastic resin and an inorganic powder material, and injecting/fixing this adhesive into/to a clearance between a roof tile and a roof material or between a roof tile and a roof tile.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is created by mixing unsaturated plastic resin such as polyester resin and an inorganic powder material at a rate of about 25 to 55 weight % : 75 to 45 weight % or about 30 to 45 weight % : 70 to 55 weight %. Next, an injection form apparatus 3 and 4 having a crescent- shaped adhesive casting frame body 3 adjusted to a tile 2 of a roof l is installed on the tile 2. The adhesive 10 is poured into from an adhesive pouring-into port 5 arranged in the rubber injection form apparatus 3 and 4, and a clearance between the roof tile 2 and a roof material or between the roof tile 2 and the roof tile 2 is fixed. Thereby, the roof tile resistant against wind damage by a typhoon or a sea wind or the like can be molded.
