Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the work feeder control circuit of an automatic press machining system, which automatically carries a work in and out associatively with the motion of a press machine, to maintain the synchronous motion between a press and a feeder even in case of a power failure and also prevent a punch and a finger from interferring with each other if the power failure occurs before unclamping operation.
CONSTITUTION: A relay circuit which connects a main motor 22, coupled with the flywheel 21 of the press, and an inverter 26 is composed of a relay 28 so as to supply a servo motor 27, which drives respective shafts of the work feeder, with the regenerative electric power generated by the main motor 22; and the relay 28 is turned ON in case of the power failure and the work feeder is put in operation continuously even after the power failure.
