The work glove 1 is composed of a front material 2 and finger front parts 3-7 covering the palm side of the hand and a back material 8 and finger back parts 9-13 covering the back of the hand. The tip end 3 of the finger front part is folded at a position corresponding to the finger tip and sewn to the opposite finger back part 9 to form a finger sack 14 covering the thumb. Similarly, a finger sack 15 covering the forefinger is formed with the finger front part 4 and the finger back part 10, a finger sack 16 covering the middle finger is formed with the finger front part 5 and the finger back part 11, a finger sack 17 covering the ring finger is formed with the finger front part 6 and the finger back part 12 and a finger sack 18 covering the little finger is formed with the finger front part 7 and the finger back part 13.
