Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a workhead-exchanging device of a rotary container treatment device by which worker's labor can be reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A controller 33 regulates the rotation of a rotor 2 of a rotary multi-capper 1 and stops intermittently respective capping heads in turn at the previously decided exchanging position 34 of a work head. In the multi- capper 1, respective capping heads can be detachably fitted to the rotor 2 through a connector. A rotary positioning mechanism 31C rotates the connector which has stopped at the replacing position of the workhead to direct it to a previously decided specified direction. The delivering mechanisms 31A, 31B of the workhead-delivering mechanism 31 removes the capping head from the connector directed toward a specified direction by the rotary positioning mechanism and fits a new kind of capping head contained in the stocker 32 to the vacant stocker.
