PURPOSE: To shorten the stopping time of a manufacturing lot by copying by copying only work information relating to change on a data base for reference corresponding to a copy request when the copy request is made by designating a work group for which the change registration of the work information is performed on a data base for registration.

CONSTITUTION: A compatibility detecting means 9 detects the compatibility of the work information relating to the copy request abstracted by a change information abstracting means 8. A copy means 10 copies the change work information on a reference use data base 2b when a detection result to the effect the existence of compatibility is generated from the compatibility detecting means 9. Thence, a copy result display processing means 11 displays the response result of a work information managing device for the copy request from a terminal 3 for registrant on the display 4 of the terminal 3. An information for reference output means 12 outputs work information for manufacturing lot management addressed to a computer for real time management from the reference use data base 2b to an interface 5.
