Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable a sure rotational direction position control and keep the sufficient quality of a work installation operation by the combination of a rotational direction positioning means with a limit switch.
CONSTITUTION: A control means rotates the motive wheel 45 of a rotational direction positioning means 37 by AC motor and thereby, the pin of the motive wheel 45 is inserted into the groove of a driven wheel and the outer surface of the pin 55 is pushed around while sliding on the side surface of the groove. A limit switch is turned on at the position where the motive wheel 45 is rotated by a prescribed angle and the control means stops the operation of AC motor 36. At this time, the driven wheel 46 is rotated by a prescribed angle in a direction facing to the motive wheel 45 and the side surface to be screwed up of a first work is turned upward. Meanwhile, the driven wheel 46 is surely held on a prescribed position by the engagement of the arc shape recessed part with the arc shape projected part 54 of the motive wheel 45. As this result, the side surface, to be screwed up, of the first work is surely turned upward.
